We completed the online survey giving you all highest marks and we completed a phone survey from Honda, also with highest marks for your dealership. We told them that we purchased our first Honda from Carmichael Honda in 1973, at the old facility on Fair Oaks Blvd. In other words, we have been buying cars from this one dealership since 1973, that's 36 years! This was the greatest car shopping experience I have had so far. I am very impressed by the overall service we got from Carmichael Honda; everyone that helped us was knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated the straight forward, no "BS" business practices that their employees exhibited during my very short 2 1/2 buying experience. Carmichael Honda would be my first option next time I need another new Honda.

This was the first time I really felt comfortable purchasing a new car, and I've been buying cars since 1955. Every person was professional and very pleasant to work with. There was no pressure and no "games" played. Carmichael Honda doesn't subscribe to the conventional sales tactics practiced by many of the high volume car dealers. I dread the thought of stepping into a an Autowest showroom or typical mass-market car retailer. You are in a class by yourselves as far as I am concerned.

The sales lady was really nice. When we first arrived I told her I was just looking and wasn't sure what I wanted, at which point she said if we needed anything to let her know and left us to browse. After being to many car lots it was extremely refreshing not to be hounded to look at this and that.
